For more than nine years, Mr. Kespohl worked as an attorney at the Florida firm Bromagen & Rathet P.A., where he represented Ford Motor Company, Hyundai, and other motor vehicle manufacturers in warranty litigation cases. During his time there, Kespohl also conducted dozens of Lemon Law arbitrations.
In 2016, Jeremy moved to Morgan & Morgan, P.A., one of the largest personal injury firms in the nation. As a managing attorney at the firm, Jeremy started a Lemon Law department, using the experience he gained from representing manufacturers to protect consumers’ rights.
In 2021, Kespohl continued serving consumers as a Florida Lemon Law attorney at Farah & Farah, another Florida firm. Shortly after joining their team, Kespohl assisted our firm in a trial involving a certified pre-owned BMW. As a result, the jury awarded our client nearly $25,000, including $8,300 for incidental and consequential related damages.
