Chrysler Recalling Over 435,000 Vehicles Due To Faulty Alternator Which Might Fail And Lead To Stalling

Chrysler is recalling 435,581 2011-2014 model year Chrysler 300s, Dodge Chargers, Challengers, and Durangos; and 2012-2014 Jeep Grand Cherokees equipped with a 3.6L engine and a 160-amp alternator because the alternator might suddenly fail, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. If the alternator fails, the vehicle may stall without warning, increasing the risk of a crash.
