Bryan Arcila

Mr. Arcila joined Krohn & Moss, Ltd. Consumer Law Center® in 2021, focusing in breach of warranty claims under the Federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and Florida Lemon Law litigation.  Mr. Arcila completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of South Florida in 2013. He earned his Law degree from the Florida A&M University College of Law in 2017. Prior to Joining Krohn & Moss, Ltd. Mr. Arcila was an Assistant State Attorney for Florida’s First Judicial Circuit where he served the State of Florida as a criminal prosecutor and has several years of experience working for plaintiff’s firms in Florida.

Bryan  has  years of  experience with the State Of Florida Office of the Attorney General Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board successfully representing consumers and their Lemon Law claims.  He also regularly handles depositions, mediations, motions and jury trials throughout the entire state of Florida.

Mr. Arcila is honored to have represented hundreds of individuals and their unique claims. Taking pride in telling their individual story in the best way possible to obtain the best possible result. He will always make himself available to clients and will take the time to explain the ins and outs of their case. Bryan Arcila, Esq., is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
