Valeriya Dunston graduated from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She earned her Juris Doctor Degree from University of Denver Law School in May, 2021. Ms. Dunston was admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado in October, 2021. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
Ms. Dunston has been employed at Krohn & Moss, Ltd. since 2014 where she initially worked as a paralegal for the firm before becoming an associate attorney for Krohn & Moss, Ltd. in 2021. Currently, she is responsible for the firm’s Colorado practice where she regularly litigates breach of warranty and other consumer actions from case inception through trial preparation. She is also actively involved in settlement negotiations and has successfully resolved hundreds of consumer matters in her tenure as an attorney. The combination of Ms. Dunston’s background as a paralegal along with her standing as an attorney since 2021 has made her very versatile and allows her to provide excellent advice to her clients based on her unique perspectives of the law.
