John Barker is a nationally recognized consumer protection trial attorney who has devoted more than two decades exclusively to representing individuals in complex, high-stakes litigation against manufacturers and corporate defendants. Licensed since 2001, Mr. Barker has built a distinguished career grounded in strategic advocacy, disciplined preparation, and courtroom execution.

Mr. Barker is admitted to practice in Indiana, Illinois, California, Texas, and Missouri, as well as numerous federal courts, including the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana; the Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Among his most significant achievements, Mr. Barker successfully represented a consumer before the Indiana Supreme Court in Hyundai Motor America v. Sandra Goodin, 822 N.E.2d 947 (Ind. 2005) — a landmark decision that materially strengthened warranty protections and reshaped consumer rights in Indiana. The decision continues to influence consumer litigation statewide.
