I wanted to pass along my thanks to you and your organization regarding my case against Star Motors that was litigated this week by Eric Kaczander.
Eric really did an excellent job and I can’t thank him enough. He was patient and always available to answer my questions and concerns throughout the process. He is both an excellent Attorney and overall a great person.
During the trial this week in DuPage county, he was outstanding. He was prepared… he walked the court and the jury methodically through the evidence and was clear and concise is spelling out the facts. He never once disrespected anyone and his overall courtroom demeanor was beyond reproach. He made no mistakes… and was professional and treated the court process with dignity and respect. He was very respectful to both the defendant the court and my family. We feel very lucky to have worked with him.
After the trial (we won!) several of the jurors stopped to talk to us outside the court room and they congratulated Eric on his conduct and overall professionalism. They were genuinely appreciative of his actions during the trial and his push to get through the case as quickly as possible. The also commented how he never talked down to them. The jury deliberated about 20 minutes… which is a testament to how well Eric laid out the evidence. Eric left no doubt to the conclusions.
I deal with literally hundreds of attorneys in my professional role from all over the world… and I can attest that Eric is as good as any Attorney I’ve ever dealt with…. Certainly one of the best.
Again… I really want to thank him and you for all you have done for me and my family. I know we’re not done… but with this phase you should be proud of how well your team did on this one.
