Is your new car plagued with problems?
Are you experiencing numerous problems with your new, demo, or leased vehicle in Missouri? If so, the Missouri Lemon Law offers you more protection than just “living with” the problems with your vehicle or “taking it back in for repair again.” The Missouri New Motor Vehicle Warranties Law, RSMO 407.560, more famously known as the Missouri “Lemon Law”, provides great benefits and protection to consumers by allowing the purchaser of a defective vehicle to return the vehicle to the manufacturer and get a refund or a comparable replacement vehicle.
Contact Missourilemon law attorney Adam Maxwell at Krohn & Moss, Ltd. Consumer Law Center ® to find out if you qualify for a refund of your money or a replacement vehicle under the Missouri Lemon Law.

The time to act is NOW. Do not sit on your Missouri Lemon Law rights.
The Missouri Lemon Law requires that the same defect be subject to repair four (4) or more times, or that the vehicle is out of service for thirty (30) or more working days within one year from the date of delivery to the consumer. The lemon law in Missouri requires that consumers act fast and protect themselves by taking the vehicle to the dealership and seeking repairs within that time period. It is possible, however, to prove a lemon law claim in other circumstances outside the one year period, but it is slightly more difficult and you should not delay discussing your situation with our lemon law attorneys.
You should contact Krohn & Moss, Ltd. Consumer Law Center ® immediately if you have one of the following situations:

Some of the events that our lemon law attorneys will handle for you are below:
We will provide proper written notice to the vehicle manufacturer of the problems with your vehicle and the need for repair of your vehicle
We will handle negotiation of your case and will strive to resolve your case efficiently without actually having to litigate your case, and we will keep you informed of the process the entire time
We will apply for and handle any “informal dispute resolution” program that may or may not be required by your vehicle’s manufacturer
We will advise you on how to maximize your result under the lemon law
We will file a Petition for Relief with the Court and ultimately litigate your lemon law claim if that becomes necessary
And we will advocate for you along each and every step in the process to help you get rid of your sour lemon of a vehicle
There are avenues of relief aside from the lemon law that provide great benefits to consumers.
The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, commonly referred to as the federal lemon law provides broader and more expansive protection than the Missouri lemon law. Some of the major differences between the Warranty Act and the Missouri Lemon Law are as follows: First, the Warranty Act applies to both new and used vehicles. Next, in addition to cars and trucks, the Warranty Act also covers a huge variety of other consumer products often including refrigerators, motorcycles, ATVs, jet-skis, computers, iPhones, iPads and other consumer electronics. Further, the Warranty Act does not require that repairs must have been made in the first year of ownership, but only that the repairs were made under the terms of the product warranty. In addition, the law can be violated sometimes after only two (2) or three (3) unsuccessful repair attempts.
If you are ready to check your rights under the Missouri Lemon Law or Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and want to finally dispose of your sour lemon of a car, then call 1-800-USLEMON® (800-875-3666) to reach the lemon law attorneys at Krohn & Moss, Ltd.
