When you purchase a vehicle and invest a substantial amount of money, you are expecting quality in return. When it comes to the transmissions in the 2011-2015 Ford Fiesta and 2012-2015 Ford Focus models, thousands of drivers are complaining that they are scared to drive their vehicles. Jury Finds 2013 Porsche 911 to Be a "Lemon" and Orders Monetary Damages to Vehicle's Owner
WEST PALM BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - Aug 20, 2015) - A Palm Beach County jury found that Porsche Cars North America, Inc. breached its written warranty by failing to timely repair various defects and nonconformities in a 2013 Porsche 911 that was leased by Coral Springs resident, Adam Nadler. On August 14, 2015, the jury awarded Mr. Nadler $18,500 in damages. Louisiana Lemon Law
A Louisiana resident, Phremo Coleman, filed a lawsuit against Ford Motor Company claiming that the manufacturer failed to correct defects of a brand new Lincoln MKX. The lawsuit was filed October 3 for breach of warranty. According to the claim, Coleman purchased the 2012 Lincoln MKX for $48,398 in April of the same year and was issued a warranty. On January 16, 2015 after a 3 day jury trial, a verdict was delivered in favor of Eckerty, Indiana residents, David and Linda Ingle, against Ford Motor Company in a federal and state "lemon law" action brought in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, Indiana. The case involved a brand new 2011 Ford F-150 that recent retiree, David Ingle, purchased with the intent of it being the last vehicle he ever would buy.
