Emily Mallor is an attorney who focuses on Lemon Law and other consumer rights actions. Ms. Mallor completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at Indiana University – Bloomington in 2004. She earned her law degree cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida in 2007. She has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 2007.
Since becoming an attorney, Ms. Mallor’s practice has been focused solely on litigation. Ms. Mallor began her career as a Public Defender in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where she independently tried dozens of jury trials. Prior to joining Krohn and Moss, in January 2019, Ms. Mallor was practicing employment law at a boutique Chicago-based law firm. Ms. Mallor has appeared regularly in both state and federal courts, litigated claims through the fact-finding discovery phase, and represented clients at arbitrations, mediations and settlement conferences.
In addition to being licensed to practice in Florida, Ms. Mallor is also licensed in California and Illinois. Ms. Mallor is licensed to appear before the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, as well as the District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
