Mr. Cogburn joined the Nevada office of Krohn & Moss in April 2006, concentrating his practice on lemon law and warranty law claims. Mr. Cogburn was employed by the law firm of Marquis & Aurback prior to joining Krohn & Moss. He is a member of the Clark County Bar Association and the Nevada Bar Association and was licensed in 2003. Mr. Cogburn graduated cum laude in 2003 earning his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he competed on the Mock Trial team. Following law school, Mr. Cogburn clerked for the Honorable Ron Parraguirre at the 8th Judicial District Court. Mr. Cogburn earned his BA degree in Political Science in 1999 from the University of Nevada, Reno.
