Ms. Basola concentrates her practice in lemon law and breach of warranty claims. She has been with Krohn & Moss, Ltd. since December, 2001. Prior to Krohn & Moss, Ms. Basola was employed by a Chicago law firm, handling compliance work and residential real estate claims, from May 2000 through December 2001. From May of 1999 through May of 2000, Ms. Basola litigated over 60 arbitrations and 10 jury trials while employed by a personal injury firm. Ms. Basola received her Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in January of 1999. She attended the University of Copenhagen in Copenhagen, Denmark and completed their International Business program. Ms. Basola received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Bradley University in 1994. She is licensed to practice in Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and as of 2004, licensed to practice in California. Ms. Basola is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.

Mr. Bontrager joined Krohn & Moss in April of 2008 focusing on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and similar California statutes. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is licensed to practice in California.
During law school, Mr. Bontrager received Dean’s List honors and also participated in the Moot Court Honors program, where he received both Second Place Oralist and Semi-Final Team honors.
Prior to joining Krohn & Moss, Mr. Bontrager was employed as an attorney at the Law Offices of Robert L. Buchler, where he focused primarily on consumer bankruptcy.

Edmond El Dabe received his Bachelor of Arts undergraduate degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in Communication Studies. Mr. El Dabe attended Loyola Law School, where he was elected as the student representative for the American Bar Association. Mr. El Dabe also gained recognition for his aggressive trial tactics while making it to the finals of a school-wide trial advocacy competition. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 2001. Edmond El Dabe has conducted several trials, arbitrations, and mediations in personal injury, business litigation, and consumer protection actions. Prior to forming Guerin & El Dabe, he started his legal career as a trial attorney for a high volume, and highly successful litigation firm in Beverly Hills, California. Mr. El Dabe is admitted to practice in California, the United States Central District Court, and the United States Southern District Court. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of California, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of California, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Mr. Friedman concentrates his practice in lemon law and breach of warranty. He joined Krohn & Moss, Ltd. in 2002. He was previously employed as an attorney at Myron M. Cherry and Associates in Chicago. Mr. Friedman was admitted to both the Illinois Bar and the California Bar in 2002. He has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District for the Central District of Illinois and the US District for the Central District of California. Mr. Friedman earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 2001 and his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1998. On March 20, 2006, Mr. Friedman won a trial against Mercedes Benz USA in Los Angeles County in the case of Isip v. Mercedes for Lemon Law and Breach of Express and Implied Warranties under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. In November of 2005, Mr. Friedman argued in front of the Ninth Circuit court of appeals. On August 4, 2005, Mr. Friedman prevailed in a warranty trial for Breach of Warranty under Mag-Moss in the case of Brunner v. Chrysler in San Diego County.

Mr. Lee joined Krohn & Moss in January, 2006 focusing on lemon law and consumer protection. He received his Juris Doctor from the Santa Clara University and is licensed in California and Arizona. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University in Political Science and History. While attending law school, Mr. Lee participated in a "summer abroad" program which included work and study with a law firm in Singapore focusing on intellectual property and civil litigation. Mr. Lee was also a member of the Santa Clara University Law Review as a research editor which printed four volumes of legal articles per year. Mr. Lee worked as general counsel for a life insurance marketing agency in Arizona prior to joining Krohn & Moss. He was involved in all aspects of the life insurance industry. Mr. Lee provided legal advice to clients regarding their life insurance policy options, managed the underwriting process, and managed the medical exam procedures.

Ms. Piasecki joined the staff of Krohn & Moss in the California office in 2006. Her primary areas of concentration are warranty claims and consumer fraud litigation. Ms. Piasecki was born in Chicago, Illinois. She studied at Northwestern University, then transferred to the University of Washington to complete her undergraduate degrees. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy with Distinction and a B.A. in Political Science and Economics, with minors in Chemistry and Feminist Studies. Ms. Piasecki earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Seattle University School of Law before relocating to Southern California.
