I would like to take this opportunity to thank your firm for resolving my lemon law case on my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer. Once again your firm has worked fast and efficiently to resolve the matter with General Motors Corporation. I greatly appreciate everything you have done for me. Each time I have called and submitted the information you ask for to see if I have a case, I have dealt with Greg Moss. Greg is an outstanding lawyer and has done an excellent job every time I have dealt with him. All of the other lawyers at your firm have also been very helpful and knowledgeable of their work.

I would like to start off by thanking you for the extraordinary time and effort that you may have put forth in expediting the litigation of my case against Volkswagen. I was quite impressed by the fact that the case took less than 9 months to promptly reach settlement and am very grateful with the outcome. My memo that follows will tell you why my experience with Krohn & Moss, Ltd. was nothing short of amazing.
When looking for an attorney to represent me in my case against Volkswagen I had no particular attorney in mind, but knew I wanted a smart, competent, and experienced professional. I researched for about a week and came across Krohn & Moss, Ltd. from an Internet referral and quickly began to look into them more closely. It took little time for me to contact Krohn & Moss, Ltd. after looking at their excellent track record and the percentage of cases they had historically won for their clients. Undoubtedly, those precise characteristics were what I was looking for in an attorney and would later prove to be vital in helping my case be successful.
After presenting my case to Krohn & Moss, Ltd., I was promptly contacted by the firm and was asked to present specific papers to help them begin my lawsuit against Volkswagen.
